1. GET any endpoint → receives 402 Payment Required with exact terms.
2. Agent signs a USDC transfer (Algorand ASA 31566704) via any x402 client — settlement through the GoPlausible facilitator, network fees abstracted.
3. Retries with the X-PAYMENT header → gets the data. Sub-second, on-chain, receipt included.
